Rental Income - Rent Received from Investment Projects
Examples: Owner cash deposit, loan deposit, company-level fund movements No project selection required. Affects company bank + owner capital only.
Optional: split Bank → Cash by spend (multi-project / general)
Line amounts may be less than the withdrawal total — the difference is saved as cash in hand (company), still usable (not an expense). Add lines for salary, other projects, etc.
2. Project Transfers
Examples: Project cash to bank, reimbursement, internal project movements Project selection is MANDATORY. Affects only the selected project's cash/bank balance.
Optional: split Bank → Cash by spend (other projects / salary / general)
Lines can total less than the withdrawal — the rest stays as cash in hand on this project until you spend it, move it, or return it to the bank.
3. Project bank reallocation (same account)
Move attributed bank balance from one project to another on the same physical bank account — no cash withdrawal. Example: use Suad’s Shuhaila allocation for Project 821.
4. Move cash between projects
When cash physically held for one project is used for another (e.g. pay a supplier on Project 821 with Suad’s cash). This updates project cash balances in the ledger; it does not move bank money.
